No, vivo does not collect or store your credit / debit card information or your net banking account information. When you choose to an online payment option, you will re-directed to our trusted payment gateway site

No extra or hidden are imposed on Cash on Delivery. The total amount payable will be mentioned at the time of submitting the order. Excess payment is not required.

Online payment transactions could fail due to various reasons, such as inaccurate card information and internet connection disruption. In that case, you can return to the vivorajasthan.com and check “My Orders” section and complete the payment for the order which is already submitted.

a) Credit Card - You would need to provide the card holder name, card number, CVV number and card expiry date. All these details are available on the credit card itself. You would also need to have your 3D-secure password or one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered email ID or phone number for secure confirmation of the transaction.

b) Debit Card - You would need to provide us with the card holder name, card number, CVV number and card expiry date. All these details are available on the debit card itself. You will then be re-directed to your bank’s secure page for 3D-secure authorization where further validation details may be required.

c) Net banking - You would need to provide us with the customer’s account number or the customer identification number.

You may initiate a replacement request by calling our customer care services at 9799653222. Once you have discussed the nature of your replacement request with our customer care executives, they will try to resolve the issue with the device, and may, under certain circumstances, advice a replacement.

Items within return window are eligible for free replacement. The replacement order will be shipped through standard shipping once the original order is returned. Replacements can be requested if the following conditions apply:

· Item received is physically damaged;

· Item received has missing parts or accessories;

· Item received is different from their description on the product detail page ; or

· Item received is defective/does not work properly?

 

Please Note: Before returning, the device should be formatted and Screen Lock (Pin, Pattern or Fingerprint) must be disabled.

During replacement if the product is out of stock then the amount will be refunded to customer in their source account (Initial Payment Mode)

Once you have raised a replacement request, our team will investigate and initiate the replacement process. After the request is accepted, the pickup of the originally delivered product will be scheduled and the pickup person will contact you on the day of the pickup. Also, you will receive an e-mail advising you on the estimated delivery date of your new product. Based on customer’s location, delivery span varies. If you don't get the return within the promised date, your can inform us at 9799653222 and you can also write us on support@vivorajasthan.com .

You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped. If you paid via a prepayment mode (credit card, debit card or net banking), then your entire order amount will be refunded.
Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been shipped from our warehouses.

Once your cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible.

Generally, returns across all payment options take between 5 to 7 working days (excluding holidays) to reflect in your account and sometimes the process takes 8 to 10 working days, depending on the associated bank.

If the payment is not reflected within the estimated time, please reach out to us for your ARN/RRN numbers and then contact your respective bank.

Please note that refunds can only be made to the original card / account only and not through any other mode of payment.
