First of all, make sure you've added a Google Account to your Android device and Find My Device is enabled. To use Find My Device, your lost device must:

1. Be turned on

2. Be signed in to a Google Account

3. Be connected to mobile data or Wi-Fi

4. Be visible on Google Play

5. Have Location turned on

6. Have Find My Device turned on

Remotely find, lock, or erase

1. Go to https://www.google.com/android/find and sign in to your Google Account;

2. If you have more than one device, click the lost device at the top of the screen;

3. The device gets a notification;

4. On the map, see about where the device is;

5. The location is approximate and might not be accurate.

If your device can't be found, you'll see its last known location, if available.

Pick what you want to do. If needed, first click Enable lock & erasethen click Erase. This operation will permanently delete all data on your device (but might not delete SD cards). After you erase, Find My Device won't work on the device.

Important: If you find your device after erasing, you'll likely need your Google Account password to use it again.

Currently, our phones cannot be locked through IMEI code. If you cannot locate your phone through Find My Device, we recommend that you can report loss of the SIM card at the operator and change the password of your accounts to avoid more loss.

Our phones with Android L(5.0) and higher version support Google Pay. You can download it from Play Store and Set it up. However, if you want to make purchases in stores, your phone must have NFC, and NFC is turned on. Your phone must also have HCE.

Warmly Tips: Our phones do not support NFC currently.

Please be kindly informed that our phones do not support these features.

1. Make sure your phone is running Android Lollipop (5.0) or higher;

2. Download Google Pay from Play Store;

3. Open the Google Pay app and follow the setup instructions:

When you’re asked to, add a card.

You may be asked to set up a screen lock on your Android device. Google Pay works with PIN, pattern, password, fingerprint, or retinae scanning screen locks. It won’t work with screen locks like Smart Unlock or Knock to Unlock.

To make purchases in stores: Make sure your device meets software standards, has NFC, and NFC is turned on. Your phone must also have HCE.

Go to Settings>More settings>NFC, turn NFC on. Then click Tap & pay>Payment default, set Google Pay as the default payment app.

You can use Google Pay to:

1. Check out on Google products like Photos and Play.

2. Make quick and easy purchases with your phone in stores(Android only), in apps, or on websites(Available in some countries).

3. Send or receive money from friends and family (US/UK only).

1. Add a Google account on your phone;

2. Go to Settings>(More settings>)(Security & Privacy>More security settings)Security>Device Manager(Device administrators), select “Find My Device” to enable and activate this feature;

3. Turn on Location and network on your phone, then you can locate your phone on this website:  https://www.google.com/android/find.

For Funtouch OS 3.0 and higher version: Go to Settings>Fingerprint, face and password(Face and password)(Fingerprints and passwords)(Security)>Privacy and app encryption to encrypt the apps.

For Funtouch OS 2.6 and lower version: Go to i Manager>App manager>App lock to configure and set password and security questions. Then you can lock the apps.

For Funtouch OS 3.0 and higher version: Go to Settings>Fingerprint, face and password(Face and password)(Fingerprints and passwords)(Security)>Privacy and app encryption, touch Disable privacy password to disable it. At the same time, the File safe is disabled.

For Funtouch OS 2.6 and lower version: Go to i Manager>App manager>App lock>tap Settingsat the upper right corner, then turn off Enable private space. The Privacy space and app lock is disabled at the same time.
