Please be assured our phones can judge whether it is a human or a picture through the dynamic information on your face the camera catches. If you still worry about it, we recommend you use Fingerprint and password to lock and unlock your phone.

Please don`t worry, it is normal. As the phone cannot detect the face information when the screen is off, Face Access cannot work.

Please go to Settings>Fingerprint, face and password(Face and password)>Face>enter the password, and choose Clear facial data.Then click Add a face to re-record the face information.

Please go to Settings>Fingerprint, face and password(Face and password)>Face, turn on Screen Fill Light. Then the screen brightness will be increased during lock screen recognition when the ambient light is weak.
