Please don`t worry, you can perform below steps to change the screen unlock password:

1. Enter the lock screen interface;

2. Mistype the password for 5 times;

3. Touch Forgot, enter the answers of Security questions to retrieve the lock password.

If you forget the answers of the Security Questions, please take your phone, receipt and warranty card to our service center for further assistance.

Kindly Reminder: For the phones with FEB Encryption Technology, there is no “Forgot” option on the lock screen interface. Please take your phone, receipt and warranty card to our service center for further assistance.

For Funtouch OS 3.1 and higher version: Go to Settings>Fingerprint, face and password(Face and password)(Fingerprints and passwords)(Security)>Screen lock>Choose none to disable it.

For Funtouch OS 3.0: Go to Settings>Security(Fingerprints and passwords)>touch Disable the lock screen password>enter the old password to disable it.

For Funtouch OS 2.6 and lower version: Go to Settings>Security(Fingerprints and passwords)>Screen lock>enter the old password>select None to disable it.

If you can enter your phone:

For Funtouch OS 3.0 and higher version: Go to Settings > Fingerprint, face and password (Face and password) (Fingerprints and passwords) (Security) > turn off Lock screen password andPrivacy and app encryption, then you can reset the security questions.

For Funtouch OS 2.6 and lower version: Go to Settings > Fingerprints and passwords(Security) > Screen lock > select None. Then you can reset the security questions.

If you cannot enter your phone, please take the receipt, warranty card and your ID to our service center for further assistance.

Please don`t worry, you can perform Wipe data again to fix it. If it does not work, please feel free to contact us or seek help from our service center.

If you can enter your phone:

For Funtouch OS 3.0 and higher version: Disable Lock screen password and Privacy and app encryption. Then you can reset your screen lock password and change the security or verification questions.

For Funtouch OS 2.6 and lower version: Disable Lock screen password. Then you can reset your screen lock password and change the security or verification questions.

If you cannot enter your phone, please take the receipt, warranty card and your ID to our service center for further assistance.

For Funtouch OS 3.1 and higher version: Go to Settings > Fingerprint, face and password (Face and password) (Fingerprints and passwords) (Security) > Screen lock > Choose none to disable it.

For Funtouch OS 3.0: Go to Settings > Security (Fingerprints and passwords) > touch Disable the lock screen password>enter the old password to disable it.

For Funtouch OS 2.6 and lower version: Go to Settings > Security (Fingerprints and passwords) > Screen lock > enter the old password>select None to disable it.

For Funtouch OS 3.1 and higher version: Go to Settings > Fingerprint, face and password (Face and password) (Fingerprints and passwords) (Security) > Screen lock > Choose Pattern to set the Pattern password.

For Funtouch OS 3.0: Go to Settings > Security(Fingerprints and passwords) > Change password > enter the old password > touch Password options > Choose Pattern to set the Pattern password.

For Funtouch OS 2.6 and lower version: Go to Settings > Security(Fingerprints and passwords) > Screen lock > enter the old password > select Pattern to set the Pattern password.

You can go to Settings > (More settings) > Security > Screen lock > Password > select Mixed password, then you can set more digits.

Our phones do not support to set two lock screen passwords. But you can set a lock screen password and a Visitor mode password if the software version of your phone is below Funtouch OS 3.0.

Yes, you can set the Face Access, Fingerprint and Pattern or Pin password at the same time.
