Overview: To harness the festive spirit of Diwali, we are launching an exciting Lucky Draw campaign designed to drive sales for our premium models priced above 20k. This initiative is strategically aligned with the festive season, aiming to capitalize on heightened consumer enthusiasm and boost brand loyalty. By offering irresistible rewards, we seek to strengthen consumer interest, increase sales during this crucial festive period, and further elevate our brand's visibility and appeal.


Objective: The primary goal of this campaign is to stimulate sales growth of models above 20k, while enhancing brand loyalty and consumer engagement during the Diwali festival season. This initiative is focused on maximizing the festive sales boost, driving footfall, and deepening our connection with consumers by offering attractive rewards that enhance the overall festive experience.


Campaign Duration: 21st October to 5th November 2024


Target Models: All vivo models priced above ₹20,000/- MSP.


Terms & Conditions:

  • Eligibility: The Lucky Draw is applicable only on vivo models priced above ₹20,000 MSP purchased from authorized vivo stores or retailers.

 

  • Agreement: By participating, customers agree to the campaign's terms and conditions. If any participant does not agree, they shall not be eligible for the Lucky Draw.

 

  • Modification Rights: Bubugao Communication Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

 

  • Participation Process: Customers need to follow the steps listed in the "Application Process" section below to register and participate in the Lucky Draw.

 

  • Gift Redemption: All winners must claim their prizes through the BCPL Fan Club application within the stipulated period. Failure to claim will result in forfeiture of the prize.

Application Process for Customers:

 

Application Name: BCPL Fan Club

QR Code Scan: Scan the provided QR code at the store

 

or download the app from the Google Play Store.

 

 

  • Registration: Complete the registration by filling in the required details. Phone number verification is mandatory through OTP.

 

  • IMEI Scanning: Scan the IMEI of the purchased device through the application using the box barcode.

 

  • Upload Invoice: Customers must upload the purchase invoice image and their photograph with the purchased smartphone.

 

  • Prize Allotment: The lucky draw results will be generated instantly through the AI interface in the application.

 


Guidelines of Lucky Draw Gift Redemption

 

 

1. In case of Jawa MotorBike Bumper Reward: If a customer wins a Jawa MotorBike, the following steps should be followed:

  • Customer must have valid driving license to be eligible for this gift, if not, the legal guardians (preferably parents) can claim the prize on his/her behalf.

 

  • Claim Process: Winners must claim their gift on the BCPL Fan Club application by selecting the “Claim Now” option and filling in the required contact details.

 

  • It is the Sales Team/Retailer/VBA responsibility to visit the nearby afore said Motor Bike showroom / Dealer with the customer and pay only the ex-showroom price of the Motor Bike, the rest amount shall be paid by the winner of the lucky draw himself.

 

  • Prize only includes ex-showroom price of the vehicle (after deduction of applicable TDS/RTO Charges & insurance charges on the Prize Value)

 

  • TDS Deduction: The winner is responsible for paying the TDS, which is 31.2%.

 

  • Verification & TAT: The claim process will serve as a verification step, and the bike purchase process will be initiated within 10 working days post the campaign end date, subject to successful verification.


2. In case of Domestic Trip & International Trip: If a customer wins a Domestic Trip, the following steps should be followed:


 The winner will receive an E-Voucher of the Travel Partner.

 

  • TDS Deduction: The winner is responsible for paying the TDS, which is 31.2%. The voucher will be issued for the net amount after deducting TDS.

 

  • Claim Process: Winners must claim their gift on the BCPL Fan Club application by selecting the “Claim Now” option and filling in the required contact details.

 

  • Verification & TAT: The claim process will serve as a verification step, and the final voucher will be issued within 10 working days post the campaign end date, subject to successful verification.

 

3. In case of Consumer Electronic gadgets i.e PS5 & Macbook


  • TDS Deduction for Major Appliances: If a customer wins PS5 or Macbook, they will be responsible for paying the TDS at a rate of 31.2%. The gift item will be issued for the net amount after the TDS has been deducted.
  • Gift Claim Process: Winners must claim their gift on the BCPL Fan Club application by selecting the "Claim Now" option and filling in the required contact details.
  • Verification & TAT: The claim process will act as a verification step. Upon successful verification, the gift item will be issued within 10 working days after the campaign end date

 

4. In case of Home Appliances


TDS Deduction for Major Appliances: If a customer wins a Refrigerator, Washing Machine, or 43-inch LED TV, they will be responsible for paying the TDS at a rate of 31.2%. The gift item will be issued for the net amount after the TDS has been deducted.

  • No TDS for Small Appliances: If a customer wins a Microwave Oven, Steam Iron, Griller,or Room Heater, TDS is not applicable.

 

  • Gift Claim Process: Winners must claim their gift on the BCPL Fan Club application by selecting the "Claim Now" option and filling i the required contact details.

 

  • Verification & TAT: The claim process will act as a verification step. Upon successful verification, the gift item will be issued within 10 working days after the campaign end date.

 


5. In case of Smartwatch:

  • If the customer wins FOC or 50% discount on Smartwatch in lucky draw, the distributor warehouse stock of Smartwatch can be consumed for the offer. Please ensure not to use the stock of smart watch available at the retail outlet against the lucky draw offer.

 

  • Gift Claim Process: Winners must claim their gift on the BCPL Fan Club application by selecting the "Claim Now" option and filling in the required contact details.

 

  • Verification & TAT: The claim process will act as a verification step. Upon successful verification, the gift item will be issued within 10 working days after the campaign end date.

 

  • Upon claim verification Bubugao will issue CN of the balance amount against the respective distributor


6. In case of TWS 3e:

  • If the customer wins FOC or 50% discount on TWS 3e in lucky draw, upon claim verification Bubugao will dispatch the respective quantity of TWS within 10 working day post the campaign end date. Please ensure not to use the stock of TWS 3e available at the retail outlet or distributor point against the lucky draw offer.

 

  • Gift Claim Process: Winners must claim their gift on the BCPL Fan Club application by selecting the "Claim Now" option and filling in the required contact details.

 

  • Verification & TAT: The claim process will act as a verification step. Upon successful verification, the gift item will be issued within 7 working days after the campaign end date.

 

7. In case of Cashback Rewards upto Rs 1 lac:

  • If the customer wins cashback rewards of Rs 25000/-, Rs 50,000/- or Rs 1,00,000/- in lucky draw, upon claim verification Bubugao will issue Bank Transfer for the net amount after the TDS has been deducted in the customer’s bank account.

 

  • Gift Claim Process: Winners must claim their gift on the BCPL Fan Club application by selecting the "Claim Now" option and filling in the required contact details.

 

  • Verification & TAT: The claim process will act as a verification step. Upon successful verification, the gift item will be issued within 10 working days after the campaign end date.

 

8. In case of Cashbacks:

  • If the customer wins cashback vouchers of value Upto 9999/- in lucky draw, upon claim verification Bubugao will issue Amazon voucher worth the cashback amount on the customer Email id. Hence ensure to claim the gift and enter correct Email id.

 

  • Gift Claim Process: Winners must claim their gift on the BCPL Fan Club application by selecting the "Claim Now" option and filling in the required contact details.

 

  • Verification & TAT: The claim process will act as a verification step. Upon successful verification, the gift item will be issued within 10 working days after the campaign end date.


9. In case of OTT Subscription: Watcho Subscription Plan worth Rs. 299/-

  • If the customer wins OTT Subscription in lucky draw, upon claim verification Bubugao will issue the Subscription voucher on the customer Email id. Hence ensure to claim the gift and enter correct Email id.

 

  • Gift Claim Process: Winners must claim their gift on the BCPL Fan Club application by selecting the "Claim Now" option and filling in the required contact details.

 

  • Verification & TAT: The claim process will act as a verification step. Upon successful verification, the gift item will be issued within 10 working days after the campaign end date.


10. In case of V Shield CDP Plans:


If the customer wins the below gifts in lucky draw and wishes to redeem the same:

  • V-Shield CDP @ 100% Off: The retailer can activate V-Shield on that IMEI for the customer. The TAT of V-Shield Activation is within 3 days of Smartphone Purchase. Customer has to claim the gift within 3 days. The same will be verified through the application and post verification Bubugao will issue CN to the respective distributor of the retailer. Retailers won't be entitled to any retailer margin on V-Shield CDP @100% Off Prize in lucky draw. Zone teams won't be entitled to any incentive linked with V-Shield if V-Shield CDP @100% Off Prize is availed in lucky draw.

 

  • V-Shield CDP @ 50% Off: The retailer can activate V-Shield on that IMEI for the customer @50% discounted price. The 50% will be applicable based on remaining V-Shield current plan value. The TAT of V-Shield Activation is within 3 days of Smartphone Purchase. Customer has to claim the gift within 3 days. The same will be verified through the application and post verification Bubugao will issue CN to the respective distributor of the retailer. Retailers won't be entitled to any retailer margin on V-Shield CDP @50% Off Prize in lucky draw. Zone teams won't be entitled to any incentive linked with V-Shield if V-Shield CDP @50% Off Prize is availed in lucky draw.

 

  • V-Shield CDP @ 20% Off: The retailer can activate V-Shield on that IMEI for the customer @20% discounted price. The 20% will be applicable based on remaining V-Shield current plan value. The TAT of V-Shield Activation is within 3 days of Smartphone Purchase. Customer has to claim the gift within 3 days. The same will be verified through the application and post verification Bubugao will issue CN to the respective distributor of the retailer. Retailers won't be entitled to any retailer margin on V-Shield CDP @20% Off Prize in lucky draw. Zone teams won't be entitled to any incentive linked with V-Shield if V-Shield CDP @20% Off Prize is availed in lucky draw.

 

  • V-Shield CDP @ 10% Off: The retailer can activate V-Shield on that IMEI for the customer @10% discounted price. The 10% will be applicable based on remaining V-Shield current plan value. The TAT of V-Shield Activation is within 3 days of Smartphone Purchase. Customer has to claim the gift within 3 days. The same will be verified through the application and post verification Bubugao will issue CN to the respective distributor of the retailer. Retailers won't be entitled to any retailer margin on V-Shield CDP @10% Off Prize in lucky draw. Zone teams won't be entitled to any incentive linked with V-Shield if V-Shield CDP @10% Off Prize is availed in lucky draw.

 


Gift Claim Process: Winners must claim their gift on the BCPL Fan Club application by selecting the "Claim Now" option and filling in the required contact details. Claim Process Guidelines After participating in the Lucky Draw, customers must follow these steps to claim their gift:


Claim Your Gift: Open the BCPL Fan Club Application and click on the "Claim Your Gift" option.


Contact Number: Enter your contact number. Ensure that this is the same number used during the registration process. An OTP (One-Time Password) will be generated and sent to this number.


OTP Verification: Enter the OTP received to proceed to the next step.

Email ID OTP Verification: Input your email address, ensuring it is correct, as all gift vouchers will be sent to this email. After entering your email, an OTP will be sent to that address. Enter this OTP and click "Verify."


Details Entry: A new tab will open where the following details must be entered:

  • Aadhar Card Number and upload a photo of your Aadhar card (Mandatory for Gifts above 10,000/- value).
  • PAN Card Number and upload a photo of your PAN card (Mandatory for Gifts above 10,000/- value).
  • Email ID (Ensure the email entered is correct, as all gift vouchers will be sent to this email ID).
  • Submission: Once all details are entered and both the Aadhar and PAN card images are uploaded, click the Submit button.
    Completion: The claim process is now complete.

 

Important Notes:


Customers can only claim their gift once.


Ensure that the mobile number, Email ID, PAN card, and Aadhar details are correct for successful verification.


All gift vouchers will be sent to the email ID provided, so accuracy is crucial. Ensure to claim the gifts by 13th Oct’24. If the claim process is not completed or the details are incorrect, the gift cannot be issued.


Failure to complete the claim process will render the customer ineligible for the Lucky Draw gift. Please ensure all steps are followed accurately
