15-Day Price guarantee is available on all vivo smartphones sold on Vivo Rajasthan E-Store (basis on Stock Availability), untill stocks last, and protects customer (“you”) against any reduction in prices on the said products you purchase from Vivo Rajasthan E-Store (www.vivorajasthan.com), for a price guarantee period of 15 days. This guarantee/offer shall last for 15 days only from the date of Purchase of the said Product.


2. How will I know which products offer 15-Day price guarantee?

All the vivo smartphones which are sold on Vivo Rajasthan are covered under this scheme, expect promotional gifts at the time of special events.


3. How will I get the refund on a product for which the price has dropped? Do I need to contact Vivo Rajasthan Support to get the refund?

If prices on the eligible products are dropped on Vivo Rajasthan during the next 15 days after your purchase, you will be refunded the difference amount in the form of discount coupon which will be sent to your registered e-mail address through which the original purchase of the Product was undertaken. This means that you can now buy from Vivo Rajasthan E-Store with complete peace of mind. Thus, there is no need to contact customer service to get the refund.


4. What is not covered under 15-Day price guarantee?

The price guarantee will only cover any price drops on the MOP (mentioned on website) of the products and will be extended to the price inclusive of any no cost EMI benefit, price after deducting the old product exchange value, cashback etc. or any other price related offer on www.vivorajasthan.com. 15-day price guarantee will not be issued to you if the order for the product is cancelled, returned or if a refund has been initiated for such a purchase.


5. How can I redeem this ‘Discount Coupon’? What will be its validity?

The discount coupon will be sent to your registered e-mail address, and can be applied on your next purchase from Vivo Rajasthan E-Store and will be valid for 3 months from the date it has been sent to you by vivo Rajasthan e-store. However, the order value for your next purchase should be more than the coupon value.


6. Will 15-Day Price guarantee prevail at the time of any special contest or deals?

No, 15-Day Price Guarantee will not be applicable at the time of any special deals, contest or offers. This is solely applicable on price drops of vivo devices.

This 15-Day price guarantee ("Price Guarantee") is offered to the customer ('you') by Vivo Rajasthan E-Store as an official online store of Bubugao Communication Private Limited (referred as “Vivo Rajasthan”) for all the marketable products shown on the detail page ("Product") on www.vivorajasthan.com and is made available on www.vivorajasthan.com, the desktop and mobile site thereof.


2. The below Price Guarantee terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") are in addition to the Vivo Rajasthan Terms and Conditions and Payment Terms and Policy, to which you agree to by using www.vivorajasthan.com. In the event of any conflict between the E-Store Terms and Conditions and Price Guarantee terms and conditions, Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions will prevail, only for the purposes of Price Guarantee.


3. The Price Guarantee is aimed to protect you against any price drops on the Product subsequent to your purchase of the Product on Vivo Rajasthan.


4. The Price Guarantee shall only be valid on the Products purchased on www.vivorajasthan.com. The Price Guarantee will be valid for a period of 15 days from the date of your purchase of the Product on Vivo Rajasthan E-Store ("Price Guarantee Period"). You will not be able to avail Price Guarantee in the event you return the Product as per the return policy.


5. In the event you are eligible for a Price Guarantee on the Product you have purchased during the Purchase Period and there is a price drop on the Product during the Price Guarantee Period, the price difference would be credited to you in the form of Coupons to your Vivo Rajasthan registered account through which the original purchase of the Product was undertaken.


6. The Price Guarantee will only cover any price drops on the MOP (mentioned on website) of the product and will be extended to availability of No cost EMI, with exchange prices etc. or any other price related offer on www.vivorajasthan.com.


7. The Price Guarantee will not be issued to you if the order for the Products is cancelled, returned or if a refund has been initiated for such purchase.

Vivo Rajasthan E-Store reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice, without liability, and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to withdraw the Price Guarantee and/or add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these Price Guarantee terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not. Vivo Rajasthan further reserves the right to delist the Price Guarantee from www.vivorajasthan.com.


9. You acknowledge and agree that Vivo Rajasthan E-Store or any of its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that you may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with the Price Guarantee including but not limited to non-issue of the Price Guarantee amount in form of Vivo Rajasthan E-Store Coupons. Vivo Rajasthan will not be responsible and/ or liable for handling, entertaining or resolving any queries or grievances pertaining to the Price Guarantee. Vivo Rajasthan will not mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between you and the Seller.


10. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions between you and Vivo Rajasthan shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur.

6. Zest also has the right, and obligation, to report your details to CRAs in the event that you have delayed in repaying your loan instalment.

Should you not be present when our courier attempts to deliver your parcel, our courier partner makes attempts to reach you via a phone call or SMS. Please ensure that you take calls from our courier partner to facilitate delivery of your package. A second attempt will automatically be made within 24 hours. Once a parcel has been shipped back to us by the courier partner, we will cancel that order. The payment made by you towards the cancelled order will be refunded via the original mode of payment.


4. What should I do if I received damaged order?

8.Why am I charged the full amount of the transaction?

At first full amount is charged and later converted in EMI normally within 7 working days. Please contact your card issuing bank in case 7 working days have passed and transaction has not been converted to EMI.


9.Why my issuing bank call center has no information about the EMI Conversion?

The issuing bank will receive EMI request after at least 3 working days of the transaction. Then issuing banks can provide status of transactions.


10.Why is my sum total amount of EMIs more than the original amount?

The sum total will be inclusive of the interest that is charged by the issuing bank of the customer. You may contact the issuing bank for the same.


11.Why is the conversion of my EMI rejected?

The EMI is rejected with the bank and not with vivo. Customer can contact the issuing bank to check on the issue.


12.Will I receive a refund if the EMI conversion is rejected?

No the customer won’t receive a refund if the EMI conversion is rejected as the EMI conversion is rejected at the end of issuing bank.




13.Are these prices tax Inclusive?
