In the last 4 years, VIVO has worked on ideas that went beyond ‘bait and switch’ marketing.
On December 29th 2018, VIVO celebrated the completion of one more successful year. Typically, the event is held annually to appreciate the efforts of Vivo clan and this year the spirit of RNR (Rewards and Recognition) program had its own oomph. Held at Hotel Crowne Plaza Jaipur, the event welcomed guests from all over Rajasthan. To honour the milestone journey, Vivo rewarded its best employees with privileged titles such as “Star Performers of the Year” and “Star of the Year”.

|Bubugao Communication (Vivo Rajasthan) is a family of almost 1600 diligent members, that is divided into 9 city zones. It is the story of those simple corporate operations that started from a four-walled room and gradually matured to Rajasthan’s exclusive smartphone company.
In this course of 4 years, Bubugao saw its own share of challenges and victories.
The Pilot Phase
Since Bubugao’s Rajasthan operations are divided into 9 different zones, an individual team activation was the crucial part. Starting from Kota, the pivotal members established some very fruitful work relationships with our native partners.
