Vivo Champions’ Night | A VBA Reward Event

On October 22nd, 2018, Vivo Rajasthan celebrated the success of its VBA (Vivo Brand Advisors) clan from all across the state. The event was called as Vivo Rajasthan Champions Night – a sigil of appreciation for its sales promoters at stores.

‘Mindset is what separates the best from the rest’ – the quote describes Vivo’s relentless efforts to keep its employees motivated. It is evident from the reward programs that Vivo implants a positive work environment right from the grass-root level.

Program Schedule

Over 80 VBAs from all around Rajasthan; were graciously hosted at hotel Jaipur Marriot with a gala evening waiting for them. The program started with a welcome speech and introduction. After the melodious Ganesh Vandana, the evening matured with a precise management speech. After that, Vivo song was sung; followed by an extravagant dance performance.

Celebrity Guest: Vikalp Mehta, the Indian film and television actor and comedian also performed at the event making it even more cheery.

STAR VBA POLICY – PART I

According to the star VBA Policy; they divided the reward program in 5 categories starting from star 1 to star 5. The 5 star scorers were rewarded with three options of prizes i.e. personalized gold brick worth Rs. 1 lac or a family trip or Yamaha FZS.

The prizes for other star categories included:

4. Star Scorers: Play Station or Canon DSLR Camera

3. Star Scorers: LED TV or Trip to Andaman Island

2. Star Scorers: Refrigerator or Washing Machine

1. Star Scorers: Home Theatre or Smart Watch

Special Reward:

Apart from the above prizes, all star VBAs get 30% discount on Vivo V and Y series models from the month of July.
