There is a good news for all WhatsApp users!!!
Lately, WhatsApp new version (Version 2.19.257) has rolled out its story sharing feature out of the beta version. All those users who were addicted to put their thoughts, videos and images as WhatsApp status now don’t need to lay extra efforts for sharing the same on Facebook. The new feature can be used easily by downloading the latest version of the application from the play store. The feature is just similar to Instagram stories sharing on Facebook.
Looks like Zuckerberg has given action to his plans of bringing all the three social media platforms under one umbrella.

So by now, you must have updated the application. Now let’s learn to share your WhatsApp status to Facebook stories through these steps:
- Open WhatsApp.
- Tap on the status
- Create status by tapping on My status or the pen tool to share a text.
- Once done, tap on three dots option of your uploaded story.
- Choose the third option i.e. Share to Facebook.
- Grant access to Facebook by allowing permissions and entering your credentials.
After the story has been shared, WhatsApp will reopen.

Note: If you have multiple stories you will have to choose stories individually. Also, the privacy setting to view those Facebook stories can be changed to public, friends or custom connections.
More Details to Know: Not to mention that WhatsApp new update providing this feature is just a one-touch option that saves your extra effort to put up the same story on the other platform. If you are sharing a link from WhatsApp, on Facebook it will be text only and not a clickable link. It is because the WhatsApp status clicks the image and forwards it to the Facebook story. Just like WhatsApp StatusUpdate, your Facebook story will be kept for 24hours and will have its own countdown. Stories on both the platforms will be considered separate without a link so even if you delete your WhatsApp story before 24hours, still, it will stay on Facebook.
