Jio Vivo Data Offer 2019

Definitions

1. “Additional Data Voucher” shall mean additional 4G data in the form of voucher offering data equivalent to 2GB per day, in the MyJio app of the Eligible Subscriber upon performing Recharge on the Eligible Device during the Entitlement Period.
2. “Eligible Device” shall mean V17 Pro of Vivo Mobile Pvt. Ltd. (“Vivo”) , activated for the first time on or after 27th September 2019. This Offer is applicable only on the Indian version of Eligible Device.
3. “Eligible Subscriber” shall mean a person who (i) has purchased an Eligible Device; and (ii) is an active prepaid subscriber of the RJIO services; (iii) has performed Recharge on or after 27th September,2019 on the Eligible Device; and (iv) is enrolled to the “Jio Prime” membership plan.
4. “Entitlement Period” shall mean the period on or after 27th September 2019 till 31^st December, 2020.
5. “MSISDN” means mobile station international subscriber directory number and for the purposes of this Offer, shall mean the mobile number assigned to the Eligible Subscriber for availing RJIO services.
6. “Offer Period” shall mean the period on or after 27th September 2019.
7. “Offer” shall mean this Jio Additional Data offer made available by RJIO.
8. “Offer Benefits” shall mean the benefits accruing to the Eligible Subscriber under the Offer as shown herein-below.
9. “Recharge” shall mean a recharge performed of the Rs.299/- prepaid plan offered by RJIO.
10. “Recharge Cycle” shall mean validity period of 28 consecutive calendar days, starting from the date of activation of RJIO SIM, and subsequent periods of 28 consecutive calendar days each.
11. “RJIO” shall mean Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited.
12. “T&C” shall mean the applicable terms and conditions of the Offer.

The Offer and the benefits hereunder shall be made available by RJIO to an Eligible Subscriber.

Benefits of the Offer (“Offer Benefits”)

1. An Eligible Subscriber, who, during the subsistence of the Offer, performs Recharge on or after 27th September 2019, on the Eligible Device shall be entitled to Additional Data Voucher per Recharge for a maximum of 24 Recharges within the Entitlement Period.
2. The Additional Data Voucher shall be credited in the MyJio app of the Eligible Subscriber within 48 hours of Recharge by the Eligible Subscriber on the Eligible Device.
3. Additional Data Vouchers received by the Eligible Subscriber shall be redeemed in the following manner:
   1. An Eligible Subscriber, who, during the subsistence of the Offer, performs a Recharge on his/her RJIO subscription, shall be entitled to the Additional Data Voucher per Recharge, for a maximum of 24 such Recharges.
   2. To clarify, ‘4G data entitlement’ in any plan is the quantum of data that an Eligible Subscriber can avail under the selected tariff plan.
   3. Where any Additional Data Voucher is redeemed during a recharge cycle period, the benefits attached to such Additional Data Voucher shall be limited to that Recharge Cycle period and any such benefits that remain unutilized at end of that Recharge Cycle period, will expire and be forfeited.
   4. Such Additional Data Vouchers that are not redeemed within 3 months from the date of credit of the voucher shall expire and be forfeited.

4. The Eligible Subscriber shall be entitled to avail only one offer or scheme applicable to the relevant IMEI/TAC code of the Eligible Device at the time of purchase of the Eligible Device.

Terms and Conditions of the Offer ("T&C")

1. The Offer shall be open to all Eligible Subscribers on and from 27th September 2019.
2. These T&C shall be read concomitantly with the Terms & Conditions of Jio Prime Membership and CAF.
3. Two or more offers cannot be clubbed together. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other alternative offer or promotion of a similar nature.
4. RJIO recognizes that the choice to be contacted for promotional messages and alerts is that of the Eligible Subscriber. RJIO intends to keep the Eligible Subscriber informed on matters relating to the Offer and any upcoming offers from RJIO for the benefit of the Eligible Subscriber. Accordingly, by availing the Offer, the Eligible Subscriber hereby consents to be contacted by RJIO and such consent shall remain unaffected by the Eligible Subscriber’s registration in the National Do Not Call (“NDNC”) registry under the relevant category stipulated therefor.
5. RJIO reserves the right to cancel/withdraw this Offer at any time, without any prior intimation to the Eligible Subscriber. However, the benefits accrued to the Eligible Subscriber on or prior to the cancellation/withdrawal of this Offer, shall not undergo any change.
6. RJIO, may, at its discretion, modify any of the terms and/or conditions and/or any aspect of the Offer, without any prior intimation to the Eligible Subscriber. The modifications so carried out will be posted on www.jio.com.
7. If any term/ condition under the T&C of the Offer is found to be invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, such term/ condition shall be severed from the other terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions of the Offer.
8. Any claims, issues, damages or losses with respect to the Eligible Device shall be the sole responsibility and liability of the manufacturer of the Eligible Device and RJIO (including its affiliates, group companies or parent company) hereby disclaims, any and all claims, losses and liabilities, whether or not arising out of, or in connection therewith and/ or this Offer and the terms and conditions governing the Offer. This disclaimer shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and shall survive cancellation/termination/determination of this Offer.
9. In no event shall RJIO (including each of its affiliates, group companies or parent company) or its directors, officers, employees, agents or other representatives thereof be responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any other damages of any kind, arising out of or related to the Offer.
10. The Offer Benefits are non-transferable.
11. The Offer can be availed only once per MSISDN and IMEI.
12. This Offer is subject to guidelines/directions issued by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), Department of Telecommunications (DOT) or any other statutory authority from time to time.
13. Eligible Subscriber hereby authorizes RJIO to collect his/her personal information including name, address and mobile number and share with its partners so as to enable the Eligible Subscriber to avail the Offer. The Eligible Subscriber’s personal information will be stored and processed in accordance with RJIO Privacy Policy which is available at https://www.jio.com/en-in/privacy-policy
14. To get a new RJIO SIM, kindly visit nearest Jio Store, Reliance Digital or Jio retailer. To locate nearest Jio Store, visit https://www.jio.com/Jio/portal/storeLocator.

Jio Vivo Data Offer 2019

1. What is “Jio Vivo Data Offer 2019”?

“Jio Vivo Data Offer 2019” entitles you to Additional Data ( 2GB/day ) to all Jio customers (existing and new) who will activate (i) V17 Pro on the Jio network for the first time on or after 27th Sep 2019 and perform a first recharge of  Rs.299/- Jio prepaid plan on or after 27th Sep 2019

After successful recharge of 299/- on an eligible device, additional data voucher offering

2GB / day data (in addition to data entitlement as per the selected tariff plan) will be credited in MyJio app. The subscriber can avail additional data voucher upon performing a recharge of Rs.299/- for a maximum of 24 times.

2. What vivo models are eligible for the offer?

The offer is applicable on V17 Pro mobile devices. The offer is applicable only on the Indian version of eligible device.

3. How long is the “Jio Vivo Data Offer 2019” valid for?

The offer is valid for V17 Pro mobile device activated on the Jio network for the first time on performing first recharge of  Rs.299/- on or after 27th Sep 2019 by the eligible subscriber.

4. What is the eligibility criteria for availing the “Jio Vivo Data Offer 2019”?

You must fulfill the following conditions to be eligible for the offer:

2019. You must have purchased an Indian version of V17 Pro mobile device and latched on Jio network with eligible device on or after 27th Sep 2019.
2020. You must be enrolled to Jio Prime membership.

5. How and when will I get the data under the “Jio Vivo Data Offer 2019”?

The additional data voucher will be provided automatically on your eligible device within 48 hours of performing recharge of Rs.299/- prepaid plan offered by RJIO. The subscriber will receive vouchers for additional data in MyJio app and they need to be redeemed through MyJio app only. Subscribers will receive additional data vouchers for every recharge of Rs.299/- for a maximum of 24 times.

6. How can I redeem the data vouchers received under the “Jio Vivo Data Offer 2019”?

The data vouchers are received in the MyJio app, can be redeemed via MyJio app only.

7. What will be the validity of the additional data voucher given under the “Jio Vivo Data Offer 2019” Offer?

Additional data vouchers not redeemed within three months from the day of credit of such voucher shall expire and be forfeited.

8. How will I get to know if the data vouchers, under the “Jio Vivo Data Offer 2019”, has been credited to my account? And where can I view the vouchers?

You will be notified through appropriate channel when the vouchers have been credited to your account. You can view the data vouchers under the “My Vouchers” section in MyJio app.

9. Is the “Jio Vivo Data Offer 2019” applicable to existing Jio subscribers as well?

Yes. The offer is applicable for existing Jio subscribers as well as new subscribers.

No, the additional data voucher can only be availed on an eligible vivo device (purchased in India only) on which the recharge has been performed.

15. Will the “Jio Vivo Data Offer 2019” offer be available, if I switch my Jio number to any other vivo mobile/tablet or other device manufacturers?

No. Jio vivo Data Offer 2019 will not be applicable in this case.

Terms and Conditions for Airtel extra data offer on VIVO

Airtel 100% more data Offer on Vivo S1 & V17 Pro

Subscriber will get double data per recharge for first 10 recharges

1. 100% more data offer on  Vivo S1 & V17Pro is being provided by Bharti Airtel Limited ("Airtel") to new/ existing Pre-Paid subscribers who wish to avail Airtel's mobility services on Vivo S1 & V17Pro device.
2. Subscriber is eligible for the offer on Rs. 249, Rs. 299 and Rs. 349 Prepaid recharges only. Offer is valid for first 10 recharges or first 10 months whichever is earlier, from 48 hours of Airtel sim insertion in the offer eligible handset
3. This Offer is valid for first 10 months from SIM insertion on the Eligible Device as stated hereinabove. The subscriber shall be eligible to get 100% more data per day on every recharge of the value of Rs. 249, Rs. 299 or Rs. 349 done for the first 10 months since the date of the SIM insertion in the Eligible Device. To clarify, the Subscriber will get double data per recharge for first 10 recharges or first 10 months, whichever is earlier.

4. The offer is currently valid on all  Vivo S1 & V17Pro devices purchased between 30th July 2019 and 31st Oct 2019 unless extended or modified by Airtel.
5. Only Pre-paid Subscribers are eligible for the offer on Rs. 249, Rs. 299 and Rs. 349 recharges.
6. For Prepaid customers, the offer will be applicable for Rs. 249, Rs. 299 and Rs. 349 recharges done post 48 hours of sim insertion in the offer eligible handset
7. The benefits will not be valid if customer uses the sim in any handset other than the Eligible device
8. The offer can only be claimed once per handset.
9. This Offer is valid only in India.

11. The Terms and Conditions of usage of Airtel services continue to be applicable to you as a subscriber of Airtel's network.
12. Airtel will be entitled to postpone, suspend, modify or cancel the Offer or any aspect thereof, across the entire territories of service or any part thereof, at any time before or during the Offer with or without notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, acts of God, force majeure, technical difficulties, or any other reasons beyond Airtel's reasonable control. If Airtel suspends or cancels the Offer in the interim, all aspects of the Offer shall be null and void. Airtel terms and conditions for complementary life insurance cover (only on RC 249)

1. About the Offer: Bharti Airtel Limited (‘Airtel’) is facilitating the offer to its’ Eligible Subscribers wherein the pre-paid subscribers of Airtel mobile services subscribing to a specified monthly STV will be provided a complementary monthly life insurance cover of INR 4,00,000/- only, subject to adherence to the terms and conditions specified hereinafter.

2. Definitions: All capitalized terms used in this Customer T&Cs have the meaning ascribed to them as hereunder.

• ‘Insurer’ means HDFC Life Insurance Company Limited.
• ‘Insurance’ means complementary life insurance cover of INR 4,00,000/- provided to a Scheme Member subject to the terms and conditions detailed in the Insurance Policy.
• ‘Insurance Policy’ means the terms and conditions and processes specified by the Insurer for availing the Insurance.
• ‘Customer T&Cs’ means this document agreed between Airtel and You, as amended from time to time and the terms and conditions mentioned herein for You availing the Offer.
• ‘Device(s)’ means mobile handsets specified by Airtel from time to time.
• ‘Subscriber’ means Airtel’s pre-paid mobile subscriber in who’s name the Airtel SIM is registered and subscribes to the STV.
• ‘Scheme Member’ / ‘You’ / ‘Your’ means a Subscriber who meets Eligibility Criteria for issuance of Insurance Policy and is issued a COI.
• ‘COI’ means Certificate of Insurance issued by the Insurer to the Scheme Member.
• ‘STV’ means special pre-paid Airtel mobile telecommunications tariff voucher specified by Airtel as stated in Annexure – I or as specified from time to time, at its sole discretion.
• ‘Offer’ means complementary Insurance for Subscriber(s).
• ‘Eligibility Criteria’ means the Subscriber who falls within the prescribed age limit of 18 years to 54 years and such other criteria as may be specified by the Insurer from time to time, at its sole discretion.

3. The Offer shall be valid only in India or in the geographies within India, specified by Airtel from time to time.
4. You shall be able to avail the Offer only till the time You continue to be an Airtel Subscriber subscribing to the specified STV and recharging it every month on or before the expiry of the validity period.
5. You acknowledge and agree that any claim pertaining to the Insurance shall lie with Insurer and Airtel shall have no liability towards Insurance and / or its’ claim including but not limited to its approval or rejection or any dispute or difference arising therefrom.
6. You categorically absolve Airtel of any liability towards the same and agree to indemnify and hold Airtel and its directors, officers, employees, agents and consultants against any damage, claim, cost, loss, compensation, action, liability, legal proceedings (including reasonable Attorney fees), orders, directions etc. (collectively, ‘Claims’) suffered or incurred by Airtel with respect to the Offer.
7. You acknowledge that the link of the Airtel's Customer T&Cs applicable to this Offer and Insurer's Insurance Policy applicable for availing the Insurance have been made available to You by way of an SMS link. The same are also hosted on airtel.in/tnc or on Airtel Thanks App as updated by Airtel or Insurer from time to time. You understand, acknowledge and agree that Insurance Policy is a contract between You and the Insurer and You shall be bound by the terms and conditions of the Insurance policy specified by the Insurer from time to time. You further acknowledge and agree that Airtel does not have any control in respect of the terms and conditions specified by Insurer in respect of the Insurance. Airtel shall not be responsible for any non-performance or breach of any contract entered between You and the Insurer and shall not and is not required to mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between You and the Insurer. 8. Registration process: In order to avail the Offer and benefits thereunder, You must recharge and maintain the with select the STV. Subject to You fulfilling the Eligibility Criteria, the Insurer shall activate the Insurance. By opting to this STV, You authorize Airtel to share such details / information about You (basis the information filled by You in Customer Acquisition Form (CAF) and documents such as Proof of Identity / Proof of Address etc. (‘Documentation’)) as may be required by the Insurer to activate the Insurance. You confirm that the correctness and authenticity of the information and documents provided by You to Airtel. You may manage nominee, address and other details either directly through Your Airtel Thanks App or through any authorized Airtel Retailer.
9. Inaccurate information shared by way of CAF, Documentation, claim form as against the information gathered during the investigation in relation to the Scheme Member shall lead to repudiation of Insurance claim(s).
10. Your Insurance shall expire the day You turn 55 years of age.
11. If You are a Subscriber of two (2) or more Airtel pre-paid connections, Your maximum Insurance cover will be INR 4,00,000/- and You shall not be eligible to make Insurance claims over and above INR 4,00,000/-.
12. You are advised to keep the nominee details updated at all times in the form and manner required.
13. Claims arising out of incorrect data regardless of intentional or unintentional errors committed by the Scheme Members, will not be payable by the Insurer. The Insurer shall have the right to investigate claims and also check for accuracy and authenticity of the information provided at the time of submitting the claim.
14. Scheme Member may approach to any nearby HDFC Life branch or as per the modes described in Insurance Policy for policy servicing requests like change in address, contact details & nominee and for submitting the cancelation requests
15. This Offer is available to Airtel subscribers only and cannot be used along with services provided by any other telecommunications service provider in India.
16. This Offer cannot be combined with any other offer provided by Airtel.
17. All applicable taxes on STV shall be borne and payable by You.
18. These Customer T&Cs shall constitute an agreement between Airtel and You and by opting to the Offer, You accept the same as binding upon You.
19. The terms and conditions of usage of telecommunication services of Airtel, shall continue to be applicable upon You as a user of Airtel pre-paid mobile services.
20. Airtel shall be entitled to postpone, suspend, modify or cancel the Offer or any aspect thereof, across the entire territories of service or any part thereof, at any time with or without notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, acts of God, force majeure, technical difficulties, or any other reasons beyond Airtel’s reasonable control. If Airtel suspends or cancels the Offer, all aspects of the Offer shall be null and void. Airtel will not be liable to compensate You for any postponement or cancellation or for any reason directly or indirectly arising out of this Offer.
21. AIRTEL HAS NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER IN RESPECT OF ANY CLAIMS OR DISPUTES AND ANY RESULTING DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT, RELATING TO YOU AVAILING, NOT RECEIVING OR YOUR USE OF THE OFFER.
22. AIRTEL MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS WHATSOEVER IN RESPECT OF THE OFFER AND THE MOBILE SERVICES INCLUDING AS TO ITS FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, QUALITY, AVAILABILITY, DISRUPTION OR ERROR FREE OPERATION.
23. The Customer T&Cs do not constitute any general representation from Airtel regarding Airtel’s mobile services or its availability. Airtel’s network and the provision of the Offer is available on an ‘as is where is available’ basis and Airtel makes no representation, guarantee or warranty regarding the availability, fitness for any specified purpose or error free operation of the network. Network availability may be affected due to various reasons including force majeure, acts of god, inclement weather, topographical/ geographic/ demographic factors, maintenance work, availability of interconnection with other networks, etc.
24. Any dispute or claim (contractual or non-contractual) arising out of or in relation to this Customer T&Cs, will be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian laws. Airtel and the Scheme Member submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at New Delhi alone.
25. You agree that these Customer T&Cs will be valid for the entire duration of the validity of the STV and Your Insurance policy or policies, as the case may be, issued to You under the Offer.

Annexure 1:

Special Tariff Voucher for Rs 249 enables: Unlimited Calling + 2GB data per day + 100 SMS / day + complimentary term life insurance; validity 28 days

HDFC LIFE terms & conditions

1. Policy is valid for Indian citizens who have done an Airtel Recharge with complementary Insurance and aged between 18-54 yrs at the time of Insurance activation. Policy will be issued in the name of the individual as registered with Airtel. The insurance benefit shall not be applicable for connections in the name of non-individual entities.
2. This policy is offered by HDFC Life Insurance Co. Ltd. and covers benefit of INR 4 lakhs for death (except suicide) for a period of 1 year if continuously recharged with the same Airtel Recharge with complementary Insurance. In case of successful claim, the payout would be made to the Nominee / Legal heir.
3. HDFC Life reserves the right to repudiate/restrict the claim if: Policy terms and condition are not met
4. Claims shall be settled only after obtaining the all required claim documents raised by insurer.
5. Customer shall receive the policy certificate directly on his/her mobile no. registered with Airtel on which the Airtel recharge with complementary Insurance has been activated.
6. Sum assured per SIM would be restricted to INR 4,00,000/- (Indian Rupees Four Lakhs only).
7. In case the member is holding multiple sim cards and insurance is activated on all such cards, maximum Sum Assured payable at the time of death claim will not exceed INR 4,00,000/- (Indian Rupees Four Lakhs only) in any case
8. The Insurance policy is a contract between HDFC Life Insurance Co. Ltd. and the customer. The customer should reach out to HDFC Life Insurance Co. Ltd. for any issues and claims
9. Claim Intimation from the Nominee must reach within thirty (30) days from the date of demise of the Scheme Member in the format prescribed below should reach Insurer HO/Branch.

    Claims

    Basic Documentation for death claims: 1. Death certificate issued by the Government / Municipal authority under section 12/17 of the Registration of Birth and Death Act 1969. 2. Claim form signed by nominee with NEFT details (personalized cancelled cheque) 3. Identity and Residence proof of the nominee (with relationship) 4  KYC of nominee (Photo ID e.g. PAN, Aadhar Card and address proof e.g. Aadhar Card/Valid Passport)   Additional Documentation for : 1.Cause of death certificate issued by the doctor / hospital 2. A copy of medical records for past illnesses / ailments / diseases and for treatments taken at the time of death. 3. Additional requirements may be raised on case to case basis.   Additional Documentation for Unnatural Causes: 1. Copy of Police records (viz. Panchnama, FIR, Inquest report, Final Investigation report) attested by the Police authorities 2. Copy of Post Mortem report and viscera / chemical analysis report attested by the hospital authorities   Note: 1. HDFC Life can request for further documentation / clarification, if required 2. In case of death of the nominee, a succession certificate would be required. In case the successor is a minor, and then Guardianship Certificate would be required.

    Legal Heir Documents for change in Nominee

    Legal heir Certificate in case of death. Court order in case of divorce, marriage registration certificate in case of re-marriage.

     

    10. HO Insurer checks the required documents submitted by the nominee/legal heir as per the check list of insurance company and proceeds for claims settlement.
    11. Claim Amount is settled in favour of nominee/legal heir. The Claim amount is transferred via fund transfer/NEFT to the bank account.
    12. Claims arising out of incorrect data regardless of intentional or unintentional errors committed by the Scheme Members, will not be payable by the Insurer. Moreover, the Insurer will have the right to investigate claims and also check for accuracy of the information provided at the time of claims. The rights available to the Insurer under this clause will be subject to regulations/ guidelines issued by IRDAI from time to time.
    13. Inaccurate information detected in the claim form against the information as gathered during the investigation in relation to a Scheme Member will lead to repudiation of claims.
    14. Payment of Death Benefit: Entire payout will be processed only in favour of nominee/legal heirs through NEFT only.
    15. Except for COI issuance, please note that all requests received post 3pm, the date of receipt shall be considered to be the next working day.
    16. As per the IRDAI (Protection of Policyholders' Interests) Regulations, claims are to be paid or be rejected or repudiated giving all the relevant reasons within 30 days from the date of receipt of all relevant papers and clarifications. In the event the claim requires further investigation in the opinion of the Insurer, the same shall be initiated at the earliest and the investigation shall be completed expeditiously, in any case not later than 90 days from the receipt of claim intimation and the claim shall be settled within 30 days thereafter. In the event the above mentioned TAT is crossed, due to delay on the part of the Insurer, interest on the claim amount which is 2% above the bank rate from the date of receipt of the last necessary document.
    17. 2% interest above the bank rate shall be calculated from the date of receipt of the last necessary document excluding Early Claims which will require investigation. For Early cases requiring investigation, the overall TAT 90 days or lower as per regulation shall be applicable as on date. Three years from policy issuance or reinstatement whichever is later shall be the determining factor for deciding the case, whether it is either Early or Non Early.
    18. I agree that all the declarations provided above will be valid for all the future Insurance policies of HDFC Life issued against the Airtel recharge with complementary Insurance for a period of 12 months from the date of acceptance of these T&C's

T&C - Assured Buyback Plan ("Plan")

1. The Plan
   This Assured Buyback Plan ("Plan") powered by Servify, guarantees buyback value for Vivo V17 Pro Devices (“Phone”) sold by online or offline stores authorised by OEM for Eligible Subscribers of Vodafone Idea Ltd. The Plan protects the value of your Phone against market fluctuations and ensures an assured buyback value of your Phone. This guaranteed buyback value can be redeemed only against a purchase of New Phone via the Vodafone Online Store or Servify App.
   
   
2. Definitions
3. Phone
   Means Vivo V17 Pro that is designed and sold by OEM via their authorized sales channels.

1. Eligible Phone
   The Phone (referring to the IMEI) for which the Plan is activated as decided by Vodafone Idea Ltd. and Servify is termed as the “Eligible Phone”

1. New Phone
   Means an upgraded Vivo Smartphone bought by an Eligible Subscriber by selling their Eligible Phone covered under the Plan and paying the difference between the price of New Phone as offered by the Servify or its authorised partners and the Assured Buyback Price
   
   
2. Eligible Subscriber
   A new/existing Vodafone subscriber, who,
3. owns a Vivo V17 Pro smartphone
4. is on a monthly billing Plan of Rs.499 & above (Post-paid Customers) OR

does a monthly recharge of Rs.199 & above. (Prepaid Customers)

• has done a minimum of 10 monthly billing plan of Rs.499 & above (Post-paid Customers) OR

a minimum of 10 recharges of Rs.199 & above (Prepaid Customers) before the redemption of the buyback value.

1. Plan Fee
   This Plan is offered complimentary to Eligible Subscribers as determined by Vodafone Idea Ltd and Servify.
   
   
2. Benefits Value
   Buyback Value at the time of redemption is determined as below:

(Assured Buyback Value Price % commitment as below during the Plan Coverage Period) X (Maximum Retail Price of the Eligible Phone of the Eligible Subscriber at the time of original purchase of the Eligible Phone)

3. Plan Term
   The benefits under the Plan shall be effective from 9 (nine) months till 18 (eighteen) months from the date of purchase of Phone or date of activation of the Plan.
   
   
4. Plan Eligibility & Activation
5. The Plan will be activated by Servify basis the list of Eligible Subscribers shared by Vodafone Idea Ltd.
6. On successful activation of the Plan an automated SMS with the Plan Activation confirmation will be sent on the registered contact details shared at the time of Plan purchase.
7. The Plan will be deactivated if the Eligible Subscriber moves out of Vodafone Network or downgrades the monthly billing plan/recharge.
8. The plan can only be redeemed if the customer has done a minimum of 10 monthly billing of Rs.499 Plan & above (Postpaid Customers) OR

a minimum of 10 recharges of Rs.199 & above (Prepaid Customers) before the redemption of the buyback value.

5. Scope of Service under the Plan
   Provided the Eligible Phone is handed over to Servify or its authorized partners in its entirety during the Buyback Request & that you have followed all the instructions to complete Quality Check and have submitted all the documents (if requested) and have purchased New Phone from Vodafone Online Store or Servify or its authorised partners, the Subscriber will be eligible to avail the benefits of the Plan within the Plan Term.
   

6. Buyback Request Process

Raising a Buyback Request

1. Within the Plan Term, if the Subscriber wishes to redeem the Buyback Value as per the benefits offered by the Plan, he/she can download the Servify Consumer App or visit the Vodafone Online Store to initiate the process that includes QC, paying the difference between price New Phone and the Buyback Value and handing over the Phone in working condition along with all accessories as per the original Eligible Phone.
2. The Subscriber is requested to follow the instructions given on the App to complete the quality check ("QC") procedure and provide all the details asked in the process.
3. Subject to the Subscriber providing required details and subject to the Phone passing the quality check (“QC”) specifications as listed below under “QC Specifications”, the Buyback Request shall be approved. Please note, an online quality / diagnostic check will be conducted while raising a Buyback Request. No test shall be skipped by the Subscriber, if skipped Servify may deny the benefits. If the QC does not pass, the Subscriber shall not be eligible for the buyback plan.
4. Subscriber can choose a New Phone to be purchased as part of the Buyback Request. The Buyback value will be discounted from the price of the New Phone being purchased. Subscriber will make the payment of the difference amount to raise a buyback request and redeem the Buyback Value.
5. On confirmation of the Buyback Request, Subscriber will handover the Phone and original accessories to Servify.
6. The Phone will also undergo a quality check at Servify premises and in case it does not pass the QC specifications listed below, the request may be denied.
   
   

QC Specifications

1. The original charger and charging cable of the Phone need to be returned in working condition along with the original Phone while availing the Assured Buyback Plan. The original charger and charging cable should be in working condition, without any body damages or missing parts. In case the Subscriber fails to provide the original box, charger and other accessories for the Phone under the conditions specified above, Assured Buyback Value shall be reduced by 15% of the original Invoice Value.
2. The Phone is switching on and remains in the on mode for a minimum of 10 minutes without being connected to a charger.
3. The IMEI of the Phone provided by Vodafone to Servify matches the IMEI of Phone at the time of handover.
4. Phone screen and the body of the Phone is not in damaged or broken condition and the original Phone is in working condition.
5. There are no cracks in the body of the Phone or on the screen.
6. Screen lock is not active (all forms of screen locks like pattern, pin, password, fingerprint, face recognition, smart Lock, etc. need to be deactivated).
7. In case any of the above conditions are not met, Servify or its affiliates reserve the right to reject the Buyback Plan redemption as per its sole discretion.
   
   
8. Transfer Of Plan
   1. The plan is non-transferable.
   2. The transfer of ownership of the Phone to another party will render the Plan & its benefits null and void.
      
      
9. General Terms
10. The Plan may be availed by an Indian citizens of 18 years and above of age.
11. By completing the Opt-In process for the Plan, the Subscriber also consents to the information such as Mobile Number and IMEI being stored in the servers of Servify and allows it to be used by Servify for the purpose of Plan Activation, Redemption and associated communications.
12. By agreeing to avail the Plan, the Subscriber hereby represent, warrant and covenant that: 
    1. The Subscriber is the sole, absolute and lawful owner of the Product;
    2. The Product has been used by the Subscriber in accordance with the applicable laws of the land.

• The Product along with all its accessories, wherever applicable, under the Plan is genuine and is not counterfeit, free from any and all encumbrances, liens, attachments, disputes, legal flaws or any agreement of sale etc.

1. Any documents as required by Servify shall be submitted by the Subscriber, failure to do the same may result in cancellation of the Plan for the Subscriber in the sole discretion of Servify.
2. The Subscriber shall indemnify and keep indemnified Servify or Vodafone Idea Ltd. and their officers, directors, employees, customers, affiliates and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, suits, proceedings, action, liabilities, damages, expenses and costs (including attorney ';s fees and court costs) which Servify or Vodafone Idea Ltd. may incur, pay or become responsible as facilitator as a result of breach or alleged breach of the representations or obligations of the Subscribers under the T&C hereunder, any failure by the Subscriber to comply with applicable law and any third party claims Servify or Vodafone Idea Ltd. shall have the right to defend themselves, pursuant to this Clause, at the cost of the Subscribers. Servify or their respective affiliates shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including loss of profits, incurred by the Subscriber or any third party, in connection with the Plan. It is expressly provided that transaction shall be between Subscriber and Servify only.
3. Subscribers acknowledge and agree that all copyright and trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in the SMS content, WAP/APP, Platform and all material or content related to the Plan shall remain, at all times, owned by Servify. All material and content contained is made available for Subscriber's personal and non-commercial use only. Any other use of the material/ content on the platform and/ or any information disseminated by SMS or any other means of communication is strictly prohibited.
4. Subject to any applicable law (a) All warranties of any kind whatsoever, whether express or implied, are hereby expressly DISCLAIMED including, but not limited to, meeting of the Subscriber’s requirements or aspirations, timeliness, security, the results or reliability of the Plan , delay in sending or receiving the SMS for participating in the Plan, or the delivery, pick up, quality, quantity, merchantability, fitness for use or non-infringement in respect of any goods, Plan, benefits or awards acquired or obtained through the Plan  or any transactions effected through the Plan; (b) The Subscriber expressly agree that his/her availing the benefits under this Plan, is at his/her sole risk and is governed by the T&C herein; and (c) No advice or information whether by representations, oral, written or pictorial derived from the platforms including but not limited to Platforms/ SMS, shall be construed to mean the giving of any warranty of any kind.
5. Servify and Vodafone Idea Ltd. shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising out of availing of the Plan.
6. By availing the Plan, Subscriber/s confirms to waive the applicability of rules and regulations of the National Do Not Call Registry and agrees to receive updates and promotional messages / SMS / Email / Call for current and future Plan/Contests/Campaigns from Servify.
7. Servify shall not be liable for any loss, delay or damage due to act of God, governmental actions, other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation, or otherwise, for any such loss, delay or damage.
8. This Plan is neither assignable nor transferable under any circumstance, unless specifically provided hereunder.
9. Any Subscriber providing any incorrect information or concealing/withholding any information from Servify with intent to avail the Plan will automatically be barred from availing the Plan.
10. Servify reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this Plan or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria, the T&C at their sole discretion at any time during its validity as may be required including in view of business exigencies and/or changes by a regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and/or any reasons beyond their control and the same shall be binding on the Subscriber.
11. Failure by Servify or Vodafone Idea Ltd. to enforce any of their rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Further, Servify may assign any of its rights within the Plan to any party without prior intimation to Subscribers.  
12. This Plan and T&C are subject to Indian law. Any dispute arising out of this Plan and T&C shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through negotiations. The Courts at Mumbai shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in respect of all the subject matter with relation to the Plan and/or this T&C.
